Accessories designer Deborah Sawaf, the creative genius behind Thalé Blanc, debuted her Statements ready-t0-wear collection in WWD today.  Congratulations Deborah & get ready closets everywhere… a new “house” is born!

Deborah Sawaf was born in Bombay, India honed her trademark attention to detail that she weaves into every bag she creates in ways that you have to see/experience to believe, while working at Valentino & Gianfranco Ferré.  Now hailing from Los Angeles, where she sells her collection of handbags, evening clutches, belts & jewelry (& soon Statements RTW) from her Atelier & Boutique on Robertson Blvd.

Statements is a collection of pieces, each one special on its own, that allows every woman to look her very best.  As Deborah says, “every woman is a statement by her very existence” & this collection is designed to complement, not overpower the wearer’s unique, individual style.  You’ll be able to get your own piece in a few months from the Thalé Blanc boutique in LA or on the company website.  Until then… you’ll have to make do with a bag, or two, or three…
