TBG client Turkish designer, Hakan Akkaya debuted his FW 2020 collection on February 8th, at the height of NYFW. With TBG executing the production, we were able to highlight the collection by arranging the spacious room into a dark, U-shaped runway which perfectly complemented the dramatic looks that walked.
The “Justice” collection merged iconic Amish styling with modern age feminine silhouettes and punk inspired embellishments and fabrics. The collection featured 48 looks in total, all displaying strength and equality through their androgynous pairings and cuts. Women wore suiting and collared shirts featuring strong, exaggerated shoulders while the men sported dresses, skirts and jackets with princess seams.
