PR INTERNSHIP – Spring 2020
Company Description: New York based PR Agency that specializes in fashion, beauty, accessories, jewelry, lifestyle and lingerie. The Bromley Group believes in the power of public relations, brand building and celebrity seeding to build our clients’ brand names and help them far exceed their sales goals.
Requirements: Must be independent, motivated, organized, and hard-working to join our team as soon as possible! Experience and passion about all things fashion; able to multitask and work on deadlines. Skills required in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Bonus if you are well versed in Launchmetrics and Cision. Ideally we are looking for candidates to intern 4-5 full days a week. The minimum would be 3 full days per week.
Job Description: Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sample trafficking, maintaining sample closets, managing press lists, researching celebrity events and opportunities, helping out at various events and press previews, assist with the execution of celebrity seeding and influencer collaboration opportunities for clients, various administrative work, sending out and calling back samples to and from major publications, and assisting account executives with pitches, pulls and other projects for multiple accounts. We are a small office, so this position is extremely hands on! You will gain great experience and exposure while working with editors, influencers, and stylists on a day to day basis.
Compensation: Course credit, lunch stipend per day, and MTA monthly pass included along with a discretionary bonus upon completion and review.
Dates Needed: We are taking Spring 2020 applicants. The start date would be January – mid to late May (we are flexible with the start and end date).
